How do we advise and support you?

We begin by searching for and securing the ideal property for the client, according to their needs and budget. We take into account the location, since not every area can operate a property for ABNB (it depends on the tenants' association of each residential area or subdivision, or on city regulations).

Second, we present different investment options, from cash purchases (paying 100% of the property's value plus closing costs), to financing options for foreigners, where we can make your investment go further.

Third, we provide guidance and can establish the company for the client to operate with in the US. This could be an individual or a legal entity (as it is known in Mexico). We also carry out the formalization and registration in the State of Florida.

Fourth, we assist with renting a physical address to register the company and open bank accounts (we also provide advice and support with this).

Fifth, we provide legal assistance and advice on immigration procedures if you are considering immigrating to the US temporarily or permanently, through a substantial investment in a profitable business.

Sixth, we support clients throughout the entire process through a mentoring system, for their comfort and confidence.

Seventh, we offer the design and management of ABNB businesses to ensure they are successful through a guaranteed, highly profitable plan.
